Photovoltaic installation connected to the grid over the UN building of UNDP in Praia, Cape Verde. With this facility the building can consume, during daylight hours, the energy produced by solar panels and send the surplus to the grid of the country. This installation has been a pioneer in Cape Verde and in big part of West Africa.
PROSOLIA Africa (the brandname SUNIA operates with in Africa) has also conducted training and awareness to workers in the UNDP building in the use of photovoltaic solar energy.
